Thank you! I really, really enjoyed the day and found it very interesting and engaging. I am looking forward to using much of what we covered in my regular presentations going forward. In fact – I had the internal staff briefing this morning and following my vocal preparation (thanks for that), I pepped up the intro to grab everyone’s attention! Starting as I mean to go on.
